We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders to major cities will ordinarily arrive within 2-3 working days and orders to rural areas will ordinarily arrive within 5-10 working days. Orders weighing 200 grams or less will be sent in a standard Australia Post envelope. Orders weighing over 200 grams will be sent with a courier service.

Despite these estimated delivery times of arrival, we DO NOT guarantee deliveries will arrive at this specified time or date. We always do our best but ultimately we are dependant on our courier companies. Always give yourself adequate time for an order to arrive.

All carriers are currently experiencing increased volumes, please expect delays on the delivery and collection due to COVID-19 and recent flooding.

Tracking and Your Signature

All our deliveries are tracked, which allows you to track your parcel at any time. Please note most items will now be delivered contact-free due to COVID-19 which means it may be left in a safe place. If you are not available at the time of delivery, some couriers may leave a calling card for you to arrange a suitable time for the item to be delivered. Deliveries can arrive at any time during day from 7am to 6pm. We are unable to give specific delivery times. Please do not request that deliveries are made on or within a certain time or for couriers to make contact prior to delivery, as this is not possible. For customers' protection, most couriers take photographs of items left for proof of delivery.

Authority to Leave

If you wish, at the online checkout page, you may give authority to leave your parcel at the door or some other location, however most couriers have already implemented the ATL process due to contact-free deliveries. For customers' protection, most couriers take photographs of items left for proof of delivery.

Perishable Items

By placing an order for perishable items, such as fresh wheatgrass, broccoli, radish etc, you automatically agree to have the items left at your front door regardless of whether there is someone available to sign for it. Due to the nature of perishable items, please be aware that you also accept the risk this may involve. Please be aware that perishable items cannot remain outdoors for long periods of time. Please note we are only able to provide perishable items to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan areas. If you are unsure whether we service your area, please email us.

Your Phone Number

It is best if you provide us with your phone number at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery service. You can be confident that your phone number will only be used if there is a problem with delivering your product. Please do not request that couriers call you prior to delivery as they are unable to do this.

Such good little growers!!

I bought 1kg of these seeds for sprouting and growing. It is working so well and has been so much fun! I’m honestly so stoked with this product and would recommend it for everyone - whether you’re intending to make diy soy products like me or even just as a fun backyard learning activity for kids. The beans grow so quickly (in the right conditions) that it is a joy to wake up every day and see how they’ve changed. I’m looking forward to the eventual harvest but getting there is definitely part of the fun!

Great for Natto

Very happy to find an Australian source of small soy beans for making natto. Thankyou!
